Nancy S. Kligerman, M. Ed
Nancy S. Kligerman, M. Ed., Vice President and Vice-Chairman of the Board, Nancy also served as Director of Human Resources at SCS Flooring Systems for almost a decade. Nancy is a licensed Educational Psychologist, with a B.S. in Education from the University of Maryland, a Master's degree in Educational Psychology and a post-Master's degree in Psychology from Temple University. Nancy's experience as an elementary school teacher, U.S Office of Education EEO program officer and Los Angeles Unified School District Psychologist prepared her well for the varied demands of employee relations in a thriving corporation.
During her tenure as H.R. Director, Nancy has streamlined the interview/evaluation process, created formal handbooks and manuals regarding the corporation's operating procedures, and instituted the Employee Benefits Plan. In addition to her responsibilities for all corporate communications, Nancy oversees employee relations and maintenance of employee records.
